1. 14-day initial-purchase policy
You may request a refund for an initial self-service subscription purchase within 14 calendar days of payment. This company policy does not reduce any mandatory right available under applicable law.
2. Canceling renewal
Cancel through Altifigence Account before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally leaves paid access active through the current billing period. Cancellation is separate from a refund request.
3. Requesting a refund
Email billing@altifigence.com with the payment email address, product, and Paddle transaction or receipt identifier. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. The time to appear depends on the payment provider.
4. Effect of a full refund
When an approved full-refund event is processed, paid capabilities and new desktop entitlement leases are suspended. Authenticated Free-eligible downloads remain available, and no file already present on a device is remotely deleted. Any mandatory consumer remedy remains available regardless of this policy.
