Withdrawal notice.

1. Korean consumer withdrawal rights
Under Article 17 of Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the ordinary withdrawal period is seven days from receipt of the contract document, or from later supply or commencement of supply. Different starting dates apply where required contract or address information is missing or withdrawal is obstructed. For non-conforming supply, the statutory limits include three months from supply and 30 days from learning, or being able to learn, of the discrepancy. Altifigence's separate initial-purchase policy allows a refund request within 14 calendar days of payment and does not shorten any statutory right.
2. Digital service or content supply
A restriction based on commencing digital supply applies only when the statutory conditions, including the required advance disclosure and applicable trial or confirmation measures, are met. For divisible services or content, the part whose supply has not begun is treated separately. Downloading a freely available installer is not blanket consent to waive rights over a paid service, and starting use does not excuse non-conforming supply.
3. How to submit
Send a clear withdrawal request to billing@altifigence.com or Paddle buyer support. Include the payment email, product and available order details; retain your sent request. Renewal can be canceled separately through Altifigence Account. The business identity and postal address appear in Business Information.
4. Refund processing
Where Article 18 requires a refund following a valid withdrawal from a service or digital-content contract, its three-business-day deadline runs from withdrawal. Processing through Paddle does not remove the responsible parties' statutory duties. No withdrawal penalty is imposed where the law prohibits one. Other countries' mandatory remedies and the Paddle Refund Policy remain applicable.
