Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR), the party responsible for the sale in Altifigence Billing payment transactions. Payment authorization, transaction records, tax handling, provision of receipts or invoices, and refund-processing procedures are carried out through Paddle's payment system.
2. Payment currency
The payment currency may be displayed in KRW or USD depending on the product, region, and Paddle checkout settings. The final amount and currency displayed on the checkout screen govern the payment.
3. Receipts and invoices
After payment is completed, the payment status and receipt information can be checked through Paddle or the Altifigence Billing receipt page. If an invoice or detailed payment document is needed, contact us with the payment email address and transaction identifier.
