Refund policy.
English translation for convenience; the Korean original controls where permitted by applicable law. Read the Korean original.
1. Initial purchase and other refund rights
You may request a refund for an initial self-service subscription purchase within 14 calendar days of payment, for either monthly or annual billing. A public installer download does not remove this company policy or your mandatory rights. Download availability, Free use and payment for a subscription are different events.
The initial-purchase policy is not a declaration that every renewal, credit purchase or partially used service is non-refundable. Statutory remedies, the applicable order and the Paddle Refund Policy may provide additional rights, including for trial conversion or renewal in relevant jurisdictions. A defective, missing or misdescribed service can give rise to separate remedies. This page does not replace those rights with a blanket no-refund rule.
2. Canceling renewal
Cancel before the next renewal through Altifigence Account, the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal charge and leaves paid access active through the current period; it does not by itself refund a completed charge. To request a refund as well, state that in your request.
3. Requesting a refund
Email billing@altifigence.com with the payment email, product and transaction or receipt identifier, or use Paddle buyer support. If you cannot locate an identifier, provide the information you have so the order can be found. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Payment-provider posting times do not extend a mandatory legal refund deadline. See the withdrawal notice for Korean statutory rights.
4. Effect on access and data
An approved full refund ends the paid rights associated with that purchase. Public downloads remain available, and files on your device are not remotely deleted. Free local capabilities remain subject to the released application and EULA. Subscription cancellation, a refund, deleting a Cloud project and closing an account are different actions. A refund of one purchase does not by itself erase unrelated records or determine the treatment of every separate credit purchase.
