October 2026 update
Revised Terms on signup age/minor contracts, the Privacy Policy and the Customer Content and AI Notice are published and take effect at the same time, October 16, 2026 at 10:00 KST. Company AI is planned to open at that time; the AI Notice below describes the apps and eligibility. The notice taking effect does not activate app features or operational settings. New allowances and storage limits apply immediately to existing Free accounts from that time. From publication of the revised documents, the changes are announced with a banner on our website (www.altifigence.com) and, if there are organizations with a current paid subscription or remaining purchased Credit, by email to their administrators; this is not 30 days of prior notice, and silence is not treated as consent. Enforcement begins when the operational feature is enabled, never before the Terms take effect. The pricing/usage notice below explains limits and application. This policy change or publication is not AI transfer consent; separate consent is required before the first transfer. Changes cover recipient-specific transfers/retention, guardian-entered email/use approval and transaction-specific payment approval, minimal minors’ checks, no automatic suspension, human review and rights. The revision also covers adult provider-signal aggregation, OpenAI classification of refused conversations on individual accounts including Free, 90-day retention and 30-day counts for those signals and minors’ provider refusals, three-year retention of legal-request records after handling ends, and quarterly transparency reports. BYOK remains subject to separate contracts/settings; lawful cancellation, refund and dispute rights remain. Publication alone does not guarantee the contractual validity of changes that apply to existing Free users from publication.

This revision also explains private error reports (explicit sending, deletion after 30 days and immediate deletion controls), 24-hour project invitations, participant information visible to the owner and owner-QUOTA metering when participant execution opens.
The Privacy Notice also adds a phone number section that applies once number confirmation opens (email+SMS account recovery follows in a later update, after our sender number is registered): Optional phone number: text messages sent outside your country.

September 2026 update
This revision aligns the notices with public downloads, the current monthly and annual offers, the distinction between Free and a paid-plan trial, shared usage and customer AI connections. It does not retroactively change an accepted order, activate an unreleased feature or create a new payment authorization. Material changes affecting an existing contract require the applicable notice and consent process.
