Licensed, not sold
Downloading a public package does not require website sign-in. A download supplies the installation file; it does not activate an account, a paid subscription, Cloud execution or AI usage. Those rights are determined by the applicable plan or order.
Eligible users and orders
You may use local features that the released application makes available without sign-in or payment. Features requiring an account or paid entitlement require your own authorized account and the applicable rights. A public installer is not permission to bypass those requirements.
License grant
Subject to these terms, Altifigence grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the released software for your own lawful design and development work, including work for an organization you are authorized to represent. Paid capabilities are available only during the applicable entitlement. Free local capabilities do not require an active paid subscription. The ALcad name and dedicated interface identify workspaces in the integrated application. Combined distribution does not itself change paid feature coverage or existing order terms; applicable account and feature entitlements continue to govern use.
Restrictions
You must not redistribute or resell the application or installer, provide it as a hosted service to others, share protected packages or credentials, bypass entitlement or security controls, remove rights notices, disrupt connected services, or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Released packages and verification
Use the official Downloads page and verify packages as described in the download-verification documentation. Availability, supported systems and releases are shown on the current product and download pages. A listing for Windows 11 does not promise a public installer before its release. No release promises indefinite compatibility or support.
Customer content and connected features
Your files, prompts, settings, and outputs are governed by the applicable order, the Privacy Notice, and the Customer Content and AI Notice.
Engineering review remains required
Diagnostics, suggestions, generated material, analysis, and verification results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing source changes, simulation and synthesis results, security properties, licensing, and deployment decisions before relying on them.
Third-party components
Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own license notices. Those notices control for the applicable component if they conflict with this license.
Separate SDK and plugin licenses

An SDK, API definition, example, or plugin published under its own license retains the rights and obligations stated in that license. The restrictions on the proprietary application in this EULA do not replace those terms or remove rights granted for the separately licensed material. A separate SDK or example license does not grant access to private DDS source, paid capabilities, or third-party software beyond the rights actually stated for that material.
Before using or redistributing an external tool or plugin, check its publisher, applicable license, required notices, and distribution conditions. A DDS integration does not authorize copying a third-party application or marketplace package into a different host where its terms do not permit that use. Suspension, cancellation, and end of rights
When a paid entitlement ends, stop using the associated paid capabilities unless renewed or otherwise authorized. Local capabilities available without payment and your own local files are not removed merely because a subscription ends or is refunded. If the software license itself is lawfully terminated for a material violation, stop the use covered by that termination and remove the affected proprietary copies; separate open-source rights and mandatory law still apply.
Cancellation, withdrawal, charge reversal, and refund effects follow the applicable order and Refund Policy ; an approved full refund may end the related paid entitlement.
