Service and account access

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only the organization and subscription you are authorized to use, and comply with the plan, order, published documentation, and applicable law. Public materials do not grant a patent, trademark, private-source, manufacturing, or deployment right.

Current service availability

Supported products, operating systems, architectures, download artifacts, and availability are shown on current product and Downloads pages. Experimental, beta, preview, gated, or metered features are available only when the interface or order expressly enables them.

Submissions

Public email, forms, bug reports, and suggestions are not confidential. Do not send credentials, customer data, restricted source, unreleased designs, export-controlled material, or third-party confidential information through a public route. Product workspaces and separately agreed secure channels are governed by their displayed terms.

IP and marks

Altifigence names, marks, software, documentation, and site materials remain protected by applicable law. Use of Altifigence™ does not state that a mark is registered. You may not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or official status without written permission.

Software and protected downloads

Released desktop applications are licensed, not sold. Every authenticated account plan, including Free, can request the current signed installers. Installation and use are governed by the Software and Download License, while paid capabilities follow the applicable plan or order. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own notices.

Purchase, order, and checkout terms

Eligible online subscriptions are purchased through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Before submission, checkout shows the product, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, currency, tax, final total, and linked policies. The order becomes effective after successful payment and entitlement projection.

Subscriptions renew for the displayed interval until canceled. You may manage or cancel through Altifigence Account. A scheduled cancellation stops the next renewal while paid access normally continues through the paid period; an effective terminal cancellation stops paid capabilities and new entitlement leases, while authenticated Free-eligible downloads remain available.

Refund and cancellation

The separate Refund Policy and Withdrawal Notice explain the initial 14-day company policy, mandatory consumer rights, request route, and full-refund entitlement effect. They do not limit a non-waivable remedy under applicable law.

Accounts, subscriptions, and service integrity

Do not share credentials, bypass entitlement or access controls, probe another user's data, disrupt or overload the service, redistribute protected installers, remove notices, or use the service for unlawful activity. Keep organization and billing records accurate.

Altifigence may limit or suspend access to protect users, security, payments, legal compliance, intellectual property, or service integrity. A processed full refund suspends paid capabilities and new entitlement leases; authenticated Free-eligible downloads remain available, and no file already present on a device is remotely deleted.
