Altifigence expands AI and development tool integration with MCP

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is available in Altifigence. A local MCP process included in the CLI package provides a way to connect compatible AI clients with Altifigence tools. What does MCP do?
MCP is an open standard that defines how AI applications connect to external tools and data sources. Clients and servers can exchange capabilities in a common way, enabling integrations in which AI uses information from external systems or calls the tools they provide. Official introduction to MCP
Connecting AI with actual tools is also important in hardware development. When explaining design intent and reviewing code are followed by running tools and inspecting results, the information needed to decide on the next task can be considered together. Connecting through a local process
Altifigence's local MCP process runs on the user's computer and communicates with the client through standard input and output. Running it requires CLI environment configuration, and the available tool calls are handled through the CLI's Cloud client.
